Purple Hearts (2022)
Cassie Salazar is a musician from a bar in Oceanside California she has the band "The loyal" One night the marines went to the bar she worked for she's also a waitress there.
And Cassie recognizes her childhood friend Frankie they're both surprised to meet there. Luke whom the bunkmate of Frankie is interested to knows Cassie but he was ignored and talked rudely.
The other night Cassie ran out of insulin and has no budget for her insulin. And it came to her mind to ask for marriage from her childhood friend Frankie but He declined it because Frankie already has a girlfriend whom he's in love with. Because Cassie thought there are benefits for the military spouses with insurances that could help her medication continue and can't be lacking in her stocks.
But Luke heard all of it and opposed the said set up. But in Luke's side the idea let him think deeply because from his case he might need more than Cassie.
Luke years ago was an addict and came across to Johnno and owes a money which was $15,000.
So he meets up with Cassie and talks about the deal it was a fake marriage but they will act it's true they will live as a married couple they both agree because they can benefit from it.
Luke and Frankie deployment day for Irag Luke and Cassie continue to exchange letters there knowing your stage as a couple.
But saddened news about Luke was injured by an IED explosion and is returning to recover.
Luke stayed at Cassie's place where it's hard because of the stairs and for Luke it's really difficult going up and down the stairs with his wheelchair.
But unfortunately there deal was caught up and Luke accepted the punishment and let Cassie be free. Meanwhile Cassie's song goes viral and her band has concert performance.
Luke was about to go when Cassie drove quickly, and lucky they've met and Cassie told she loves him and their feelings are true not anymore fake.
