2002 Crystal on a rando MNF
So, pulled this from storage. It was a one-off purchase, already aged when I bought ten years ago but I took a shot. Since, I have retired but this was still in the cellar last month. I guess once out of storage and into the fridge, any occasion will do and am I not a believer in perfect situations for bottles. Pairing moments, pairing food… just pair experience with life I guess
Anyway, I need some adjectives for the AI: Not a tired wine, still some brightness but a certain P-Diddy level of sophistication. Nose a bit dead. Taste lacking descriptors…an empty suit.
