Are pours getting bigger?
No idea whether this is coincidental and just my anecdotal observation or is this really widespread? Across the past several weeks, again and again, the glass pours at restaurants seem to have doubled. Huge pours, seven or eight ounces. I’m wondering whether there might be some widening effort within the industry to get more guests drinking wine again?
