Wine pairing ideas?
Hosting a fancy book club and need red wine pairing suggestion!
I'll be making steak crostinis topped with creamy au poivre sauce & a flourless chocolate cake with homemade vanilla ice cream (I used to pair my cake with Capris Refosco sparkling red, but it has been very hard to find lately)
looking for either a light red that could pair well with both, or two different reds
roughly in the $30 price range
any help is appreciated!!
