How long can you keep raw salmon frozen in freezer, and still eat it raw
Sorry for the poor wording I'm not sure how to better title it. I got "AA sushi grade" salmon from a market frozen 2 weeks ago. I had to make a quick trip overseas but I'm back and I really want to make sashimi with it still. Is wrapped in the plastic it came in and the paper.
Has it been too long to still try eating it raw?
