#HeartAfterHurt g/confessions g/studio 1. When someone…

#HeartAfterHurt

1. When someone wrongs me deeply, my gut reaction is to FORGIVE. I don't like carrying anger for a long time because it only hurts my own peace. Forgiving doesn't mean I agree with what happened, but it helps me move forward.

2. A close friend once broke my trust by lying to me. I felt disappointed and hurt for a long time. Eventually, I forgave them, not because they were right, but because I wanted to heal. It helped me find peace, even though I still remember what happened.

3. One thing I believe I should forgive but can't forget is betrayal from someone I truly trusted. I can let go of the anger, but the memory stays because it changed how I see people and relationships.

4. One thing I should forget but can't forgive is when someone intentionally hurts another person without remorse. I try to move on, but it's difficult to forgive actions that were done knowingly and without regret.

"Hurt came, I chose, and my heart heals my way."
