Got it! The Beach by Danny Boyle, starring Leonardo DiCaprio… and thanks to this film I discovered the brilliant Tilda Swinton🌷
Absolutely worth watching for its gorgeous scenery and those stunning tropical views. I remember wanting to go to Ko Phi Phi Le in Thailand because of this movie. ✈️🏝️💙
The story gets a bit messy toward the end, the idea of that hidden paradise where a small group lives completely off the grid is fascinating.
If you haven’t seen it, I’ll stop here.
Great soundtrack too: All Saints, Moby, Blur, Underworld ...

Such a great choice, my dear Dana! 🏝️🎬 I love how The Beach makes that hidden paradise feel so irresistible, and the stunning scenery definitely makes you want to pack a bag for Thailand! ✈️💙 And yes, Tilda Swinton is brilliant! 🌷 The soundtrack is another highlight, so many unforgettable tracks. 🎶
