Here are a few to get started:
💡 Tip: Choose one or combine 3–5 moves in a mini routine for maximum hilarity and energy.
1️⃣ Laundry Lift 🧺 — Do 10 bicep curls with a laundry basket, then leave it there and proudly say, “I was born for this.” 😂
2️⃣ Chair Squats 🪑 — Sit down, stand up, and immediately question your life choices. Repeat 10 times! 🤣
3️⃣ The Mosquito Slap 🦟 — Randomly slap the air 20 times. Great for getting your heart moving and confusing everyone around you! 😂
4️⃣ The Sock-Picking Olympics 🧦 — Bend down to pick up every sock in the house while making dramatic grunting noises. Who knew laundry could be a workout? 😆
5️⃣ The Catwalk to the Kitchen 👠 — Walk like a supermodel every time you’re going to get a drink. Give us your best runway attitude! 💃😂
