Two very young men, Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna, head off on a road trip to a dreamlike beach accompanied by the gorgeous Maribel Verdú. Older than them and escaping a failing marriage, she soon becomes the center of their adolescent fantasies and she has no problem teasing and playing along.
The film won the Best Screenplay Award at the Venice Film Festival. Cuarón is always a guarantee!
Definitely worth watching in the original language.
