Arctic (2018) is a survival movie about a man named Overgård whose plane crashes in the middle of the icy Arctic wilderness. He is all alone and must fight to stay alive in extreme cold, with limited food and constant danger. One day, he finds a woman who is badly injured, and instead of only thinking about himself, he risks everything to try and save her. The movie has very little dialogue, but it shows deep emotions through actions. It's a powerful story about strength, survival, and human compassion.
