Circus Cookies & White Chocolate Bar

I couldn't find circus cookies and wanted them, so I made these animal crackers dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles, with the extra chocolate being made into a sprinkle chocolate bar. I found out later that circus cookies aren't covered in white chocolate, but they're still yummy!
