Dad's beef with sweet potato fries and coleslaw
My dad handled the beef, I was responsible for the fries and coleslaw. He kept insisting the coleslaw was the most important part of the plate and I hate to admit he might actually be right lol. Still have no idea how he gets that crust on the meat while keeping it pink inside.
