This is called in the Phillipines - AFRICAN LOVE BIRDs (pair should be) and very common in the petshops. I bought before a pair of this but they both escaped from the cage. Since then, i didn't buy again.
What i like most with this kind of bird is its loving nature and cheerful personality. Playful especially in the morning.
