2022 Sassicaia by the glass
By the glass, Via Coravin, at Confine in Milano.
Second time trying this via Coravin in six months, but if I ever get Sassicaia by the glass at a reasonable price, I'm going for it!
Shockingly approachable, in spite of the youth.
Dark plums, cherry, blueberry, rosemary, slight cinnamon and clove.
Really opened up well in the glass with air and swirling.
Paired very well with pizza Margherita.
