Paris Wine Bars
I'm going to be in Paris in the middle of November for a few days with my son. He's new to the wine business (works at a Washington State winery) and this will be his first time in France. I was hoping we could find a good wine bar with a top notch selection of wines by the glass so we can try a few thing. I'm definitely willing to stretch the budget for the right place. Honestly, I'm mostly a PNW kind of guy and I'm looking to learn a bit as well. TIA

Paris en novembre, quelques jours, un fils qui découvre la France pour la première fois après un domaine de Washington... Le vin au verre est le bon réflexe. On goûte, on compare, on ne s'attache pas trop vite à une seule bouteille. Un comptoir court et soigné vaut mieux qu'une carte interminable — c'est là que le budget étiré se justifie. 🍷
