#OnceIsEnough g/confessions g/studio 1. Define BOUNDARY in…

#OnceIsEnough

1. Define BOUNDARY in your own words. What does it mean to you?

A boundary is a limit I set to protect my peace, feelings, and self-respect. It helps me decide what behavior I will accept and what I will not tolerate from others.

2. Enumerate 3 red flags that are ‘once is enough’ for you. Explain each.

1. Lying – Trust is important to me. If someone lies to me, it makes me question their honesty and reliability.
2. Disrespect – Everyone deserves respect. Being insulted, mocked, or treated poorly is something I will not accept.
3. Broken Promises – If someone makes an important promise and intentionally breaks it, it shows they may not value my trust or feelings.

3. Have you ever let someone hurt you more than once? What happened?

Yes. I kept giving chances because I hoped things would change. Instead, the same behavior continued, and I felt disappointed and hurt. It taught me the importance of setting healthy boundaries and respecting my own worth.

4. If you could tell someone one thing about ‘once is enough,’ what would you say?

Your feelings matter. If someone hurts you, disrespects you, or repeatedly ignores your boundaries, trust yourself. Protecting your peace is not selfish—it is self-respect.
