#OnceIsEnough

Once Is Enough
1๏ธโƒฃ. Define BOUNDARY in your own words. What does it mean to you?
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰ A boundary is a promise I make to myself about how I deserve to be treated. It is the line that protects my peace, values, and self-respect. Boundaries help me choose what I will accept and what I will not allow in my life.

2๏ธโƒฃ . Enumerate 3 red flags that are "once is enough" for you. Explain each .
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰โœจ Dishonesty If someone intentionally lies to me, it breaks trust. Trust is the foundation of every healthy relationship, and once it is broken, it becomes difficult to feel safe and secure.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰โœจDisrespect Being insulted, mocked, or treated as less important than others is unacceptable. Respect should never be optional, and one act of serious disrespect is enough to show someone's true character.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰โœจ Betrayal of Confidence If I share something personal and someone exposes it without my permission, it damages my sense of trust. My private thoughts and feelings deserve to be protected, not used against me.

3๏ธโƒฃ . Have you ever let someone hurt you more than once? What happened?
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰ Yes. I kept giving chances because I believed people could change if they understood how much they hurt me. Instead, the same behavior continued, and each time it affected my confidence and peace of mind. Eventually, I learned that protecting myself is not selfishโ€”it is necessary. Some lessons are painful, but they teach us our worth.

4๏ธโƒฃ . If you could tell someone one thing about "once is enough," what would you say?
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰Do not ignore the first wound just because you hope there won't be a second. Your feelings matter, your boundaries matter, and your peace matters. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is walk away the first time someone shows you they do not value your heart.

If someone lies to me, trust is broken. Honesty is the foundation of every relationship.
What I will do: I will distance myself immediately and stop sharing personal things.
๐Ÿšฉ Flag 2: Disrespect
Insulting or humiliating someone is never acceptable. Respect should always come first.
What I will do: I will speak up, set a clear boundary, and walk away if it continues.

Sharing my secrets or breaking my confidence hurts deeply.
What I will do: I will no longer trust that person with my private life.

. 1. Define BOUNDARY in your own words. What does it mean to you?
Answer:
A boundary means the limits I set to protect my emotions, respect, and peace. For me, a boundary is like a personal rule that tells others how they are allowed to treat me. It means I will not allow disrespect, lies, or hurtful behavior in my life. It helps me protect my self-respect and mental peace. If someone crosses my boundary, I will step back and protect myself.
2. Enumerate 3 red flags that are โ€˜once is enoughโ€™ for you. Explain each.
Answer:
1.Lying:
If someone lies to me even once, I start losing trust. For me, honesty is the base of any relationship.
2.Not respecting me:
If someone talks to me in a rude or disrespectful way, even once, I take it as a serious red flag because respect is very important to me.
3.Not valuing my feelings:
If someone ignores how I feel or makes my emotions look unimportant, I understand that they donโ€™t truly care about me.

3. Have you ever let someone hurt you more than once? What happened?
Answer:
Yes, sometimes I trusted people more than I should have. I gave second chances thinking things would improve, but instead the same behavior repeated. Later I realized that repeating pain is not love or patience, it is self-neglect. It taught me that I should protect myself earlier instead of waiting for change.
4. If you could tell someone one thing about โ€˜once is enough,โ€™ what would you say?
Answer:
I would say:
โ€œDonโ€™t ignore the first warning. If someone hurts you once, believe it. You donโ€™t need to suffer again to prove it was wrong. Protect your peace and walk away when your heart feels unsafe.โ€
