2022 Echo de Lunch Bags and a vomit machine
I seem to be on a roll with second wines lately. Was tighter than a snare drum when first opened but after 2 hours it opened up with black cherry, pencil shavings, a touch of licorice/eucalyptus and very pleasant mouth coating tannins. Medium+ acidity and the finish is nice and long. I had planned to age the remaining bottles I have for a few more years but I don’t think they’re gonna make it with how good this is right meow.
The vomit machine is a 2016 vintage siamese mix rescue cat. After 10 years of aging I still love her to death and she’s sweet as can be….but man she picks the worst places to cough up hair balls (always on the rug). Cheers!
