2005 Gérard Raphet Clos Vougeot

Dried leaves, hay, dried strawberries, roses, and sous bois. Bright acidity, and a long finish. It took about an hour in the decanter before it started to open. Probably at late peak now but will hold for several more years. Yummy Burg!
