Made some Scallop Gnocchi with fresh spinach
Not sure if this is classified as a soup or whatever because technically I used chicken broth and thickened it up a bit but the consistency is more creamy than anything.
It came out amazing though and I literally was just grabbing stuff from various cupboards and the fridge.
