Ever been left hanging in a relationship, wondering if you should just move on solo or wait for that big "here's why" explanation? Relationship psych says closure often comes from within—waiting forever keeps you stuck in limbo while self-driven moving on rebuilds your power faster. But both paths teach gut-trust; waiting works if it's healthy curiosity, not desperate clinging. Sharing your choice normalizes the mess and helps us all spot healthier patterns.

Move On or Wait Game
After a friendship, romance, or family rift—do you move on your own or wait for them to spill the reason?
Pick your side with #MoveOnOrWait : Say which you do (move on solo or wait), explain your choice, share one specific past situation and what you learned. Be real so we vibe on those tough calls.

ATTACHMENT: CLEAR SELFIE PLEASE
MOVE ON = Peace sign ( for women with face cover only ) or confident smirk holding paper that says " MOVED ON " ( for participants who are comfortable showing their gorgeous faces )
WAIT = Sad/confused face holding paper that says " WAITING... "

#GrudgeList 😠👊💥

1️⃣ First grudge:
I trusted a friend deeply and shared something very personal that I hadn’t told anyone. I had to share it to help them, but they went and told others what I said. This broke our relationship. I tried to help my friend, but they didn’t handle it properly, and I can’t forget that betrayal.
2️⃣ Second grudge:
I once asked another friend to deliver something important to a relative. They didn’t give it on time, and I felt embarrassed in front of my relative. A little frustration grew from that moment, and I can never forget how it made me feel.
These two grudges still remain in my heart because I deeply felt their impact and I have not been able to forgive yet.

I choose MOVE ON 💫
In my opinion, waiting too long for someone’s explanation only keeps us stuck and hurts our peace. I believe that real closure comes from within, not from others. When we move on, we slowly heal and regain our strength.
I experienced this in a friendship where I trusted someone deeply and shared something very personal. Unfortunately, that trust was broken, and instead of explaining, they distanced themselves. At first, I waited… I kept thinking maybe they would come back and explain. But that waiting only made me more hurt and confused.
Then I decided to choose myself. I stopped waiting, accepted the reality, and moved on with dignity. It was not easy, but it gave me peace and emotional strength.
✨ What I learned:
Not everyone deserves access to your personal life, and self-respect is more important than waiting for someone who doesn’t value you.
Moving on doesn’t mean you didn’t care… it means you care about yourself more 🤍

hi there, not a participant but lemme share my POV,
MOVE ON, is the best
Even I won't make others waiting for me, it crucial and definitely hurts.
Clarity is important and time is precious.
Moving on isn't easy for many but where there is no clarity, no future, no positive sign, it doesn't worth stay. If you looking for consultancy via this activity, I would consult you, move on, man! It's not always to move on with someone else, move on for self worth and peace.

#MoveOnOrWait and mentions:

 and

#Move move on by myself. I don’t like explanations; explanations are usually given by those who try to cover up their lies.
Here’s my story: My aunt suggested a match for me. I trusted her opinion, but when I met the boy, I realized he was not what I expected—he had a polyo issue (I felt uncomfortable knowing this). It really disappointed me. I felt sad that someone so close to me, like my aunt, could think in a way that would lead to this kind of situation for me. This taught me that waiting for explanations doesn’t always help—it can keep you stuck. Moving on by myself helped me protect my feelings and rebuild my peace.

My choice is Move On.
Why: I believe closure is something you give yourself. Waiting for an explanation from someone else keeps you stuck in their timeline. Moving on independently helps you reclaim your peace and power much faster.
My Experience: There was a time when a close bond ended without a word. Initially, I waited for a "here's why," but I eventually realized that silence is also an answer. I chose to step forward and focus on my own growth instead. That situation taught me that my self-respect is far more valuable than a delayed explanation.

It’s such a tough call to make, but honestly? I’m all about #MoveOnOrWait — and for me, it’s #MoveOn . Sometimes, the peace of mind you get from walking away is worth more than any explanation they could give you.

My Choice: #MoveOn
I chose to move on from a friendship that just got way too complicated. It started on my TikTok Livestreams, where he was a huge supporter and a regular fan for about a year. I never really asked for personal details like age or location—I just saw him as a good friend.
Everything changed around the third month when he admitted he had feelings for me. I didn't believe him at first, but then he got really emotional, and it honestly shocked me. The real "aha!" moment came about eight months in when I found out he was only 19—which is only four years older than my 15-year-old daughter!
Between the age gap and the drama it started causing with my other friends and teammates, I knew I had to distance myself. After Ramadan, I finally made the choice to move on for good.
What I learned: I realized that no matter how much you care about someone as a friend, some gaps are just too wide to bridge. You can’t force a friendship to work when the "energy" is pulling in two completely different directions. Moving on wasn't just about him; it was about protecting my own space and my family.

I don’t wait around for closure anymore. If someone chooses silence, distance, or confusion—I take that as my answer and move forward. Waiting keeps you stuck in “what ifs,” and honestly, peace matters more than explanations that may never come.
I had a close friend who suddenly became distant—dry replies, canceled plans, then complete silence. At first, I kept thinking, “Maybe they’ll explain.” Weeks turned into months. Eventually, I realized I was the only one holding on. So I stopped reaching out and focused on myself. Funny thing? They never came back with a reason.
Not everyone will give you closure—and that is closure.
Moving on isn’t giving up; it’s choosing your self-respect over confusion.

I can't say if you are serious or what. I remember you joined one comment activity of mine before then tipped one post activity just last month? If memory serves me right. But this one, you commented something like this. If you consider yourself as dyslexic then I consider myself paranoid.

Hold your hand? and never let go? 😂
If you are serious, I guess you haven't moved on from someone yet?

i was being serious about my appreciation towards this groups activities and i adore them very much. holding hands is just my kink. very deranged i know.

Let me reciprocate your serious appreciation then. I seldom receive appreciation for my activities, and even participants, so I appreciate back those who appreciate me for what I bring to the table. And I appreciate you, please know that .

That's a joke. I guess your "hold my hand" prompted because of " Want me to walk you through it? " Is it like "holding hands while walking" ?😂😂😂

Why don't you just join? Was this correct: I guess you haven't moved on from someone yet? ✌️

Are you with someone rn? Perhaps you can tell him/her to leave you alone? 😂

I am choosing move on solo .
Not every silence deserves my energy, and not every ending comes with closure. I have learned that waiting for explanations can keep you stuck longer than necessary. Sometimes, people leave without saying anything.

I once had a close friendship ( in college life) that slowly faded. Messages got shorter, replies got delayed, and one day , The end. I kept wondering what went wrong, but no explanation ever came. Instead of chasing answers, I choose to step back and focus on myself.
What I learned? Peace comes faster when i stopped waiting for clarity from someone who choose silence. Moving on doesn’t mean I don’t care, it means i respect myself enough to let go.

My Choice: MOVE ON
I used to be the kind of person who waited… waited for texts, explanations, apologies. But one day I realized—closure isn’t something others give, it’s something you decide.
There was a time when someone I trusted suddenly distanced themselves. No explanation, no goodbye. At first, I kept hoping they’d come back and explain everything. But days turned into weeks… and nothing changed.
That’s when I chose myself.
I stopped waiting and started healing. And honestly? That decision gave me more peace than any explanation ever could.
What I learned:
Not everyone will give you closure. Sometimes, moving on is the closure
