I have two grudges that I still hold:
1️⃣ The first one happened when a friend kept making fun of me and hurt my pride. I want to forget it, but the anger stays because he broke my trust.
2️⃣ The second one is with my brother, who underestimated my hard work and ignored my efforts. I want to forgive him, but it keeps coming back, and the grudge stays in my heart.
Now I’m trying to follow the REACH model: recall the hurt, empathize, offer forgiveness, commit in writing, and practice it consistently.

Grudge 1:
When I was 16, I experienced love at first sight. The person I liked was older than me, and he always saw me as just a child. I never had the courage to express my feelings to him. This became a grudge in my heart because I always wondered “what if” — what if I had spoken up? I still can’t let it go because it feels like an incomplete story that never had a chance to begin.
Grudge 2:
During my college life, I liked someone who didn’t value my feelings. He played with my emotions and never took me seriously. That experience hurt me deeply because I was sincere, but he treated it like a game. I can’t let go of this grudge because it affected my trust and made me more guarded in relationships. Even now, the memory reminds me of how painful it was to be taken for granted.
