A Highschool student Han Seo-Yoon records a note every moment what she does. Because she has anterograde amnesia caused by a traffic accident earlier that year.
For a new experience she asked one of his classmate to have a date with her. Thats Jae-Won. Until they become friends and being the girl friend and boy friend. But Jae-Won not aware of the illness of Seo-Yoon until one night Seo-Yoon woken up from the bus screaming and asking Jae-Won if who he is.
Then her best friend came and telling Jae-Won about Seo-Yoon illness. They hang out together with her best friend but Jae-Won has his illness too that he kept from Seo-Yoon. He has heart conditions that his health deteriorated.
And suddenly Jae-Won died without the knowledge of Seo-Yoon because her amnesia came back. But with her wondering she asked herself she has a lot of sketch of Jae-Won from her room in the wall. But Seo-Yoon feels so sad and lonely but can't remember Jae-Won.
