Iadded some dried lemon citric acid so it is a bit tart, guavas are sooo sweet. A few local friends have like it very much. I love the color and clarity,
Guavas are a very fleshy fruit and normally made into jams or spreads, kind of like apple butter. This was a success for me because of multiple cheesecloth straining and taking the foam off the boiling batch over and over.
