A quick run this morning 🤸🏃 the weather was gorgeous, not too hot, a perfect 25°C.
Pure bliss! 🤩
And you all, have you been moving this week?

That sounds like the perfect weather for a morning run, ma chérie! 🤩🏃♀️🌤️ As for me, I move a lot every day, with my social duties, household duties, and everything else in between! 😂💃 The only time I actually sit down is when I’m on Tangled! 🤣 So I guess Tangled is my official resting exercise! 😂❤️

With all your social duties, household duties snd everything in between, you move more than half the athletes I know! 😁😅
Thank goodness Tangled exists, at least it gives you a chance to rest a little!😁
Wishing you a wonderful evening, ma chérie and do try to rest a little. 🤗🥰🤍

This is a kind invitation to run in nature for 50 seconds 🌳💚 🏃♀️. I see you enjoyed it Dana 👏. I will wait for more videos and I will send the rewards on Monday. Thank you for participating 👍.

Yesssss! On Saturdays and Sunday mornings I get up a little earlier than hubby and head out for a quick run. I love it, I was a sprinter for several years when I was younger ... thanks for the opportunity 😊 💚✨

Such a cool video😎😍and 25°C sounds absolutely perfect🤩 You’ve definitely inspired me to get moving, although right now I’m feeling so lazy I think my couch is going to need to carry me to the finish line😂🏃♀️🛋️
