#OnceIsEnough g/confessions g/studio 1. Define BOUNDARY in…

#OnceIsEnough

1. Define BOUNDARY in your own words. What does it mean to you?
A boundary is a personal limit that defines how I allow others to treat me. It is my way of protecting my feelings, respect, and peace. To me, it means knowing when to say “this is okay” and “this is not okay,” and standing firm on it without feeling guilty.

2. Enumerate 3 red flags that are ‘once is enough’ for you. Explain each.
1. Lying or dishonesty
If someone lies to me even once, it breaks trust. Without trust, any relationship becomes unsafe for me.
2. Disrespect
If someone insults me, humiliates me, or ignores my feelings once, it shows they don’t value me.
3. Repeated broken promises
If someone promises something important and breaks it without care, it shows they are not reliable.

3. Have you ever let someone hurt you more than once? What happened?
Yes. I ignored the early signs and gave more chances, thinking things would change. But the behavior kept repeating, and I ended up feeling more hurt and disappointed each time. I learned that ignoring red flags only makes things worse.

4. If you could tell someone one thing about ‘once is enough,’ what would you say?
One mistake can be forgiven, but repeated disrespect should not be ignored. Protect your peace early—don’t wait for the pain to grow. If it hurts once and feels wrong, trust yourself and walk away.
