One of the most powerful moments in Rush is the 1976 Nürburgring race in Germany. It’s iconic because Niki Lauda, despite his unmatched skill, strongly opposed racing that day due to the dangerous wet conditions. Tragically, he suffered his horrific crash there, which became the turning point of the film, and his life. His incredible determination to recover and return to racing just six weeks later is both heartbreaking and inspiring.
