I’m so excited to introduce Sea Siren’s new artificial reef project, "Teddy Bear Reef"! This bear symbolizes our inner child, looking up and sending a heart to help us reconnect with our favorite childhood memories, just as Teddy always made me feel safe. We are currently raising funds to bring him to life—right now he’s a bit bare, and we still need mosaics for his body, the heart base, and the mini hearts for coral propagation. The pink pigeon (Nesoenas mayeri) is one of the rarest birds in the world, found only on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. Once on the brink of extinction, conservation efforts have helped its population slowly recover, but it’s still considered vulnerable .

🌿 Black River Gorges National Park – lush forests in southwestern Mauritius
