NO String Attached Policy refers to a rule or guideline of a company that prohibits romantic relationships or personal affairs between a supervisor and colleagues to maintain professionalism and prevent conflicts and favoritism.
So for me if Super Mario and Lucila's relationship affects professional judgement and creates favoritism in the workplace, they violate the company policy.

If I am Super Mario I will seek advice from the HR who is in charge of the company policy, and discuss it with the management, to clarify the specifics of the " No Strings Attached Policy " and to see if there are any loopholes or exceptions.
3. If you are LUCILA how are you going to save Super Mario from the said rules?
If I were Lucila, I would communicate with HR and the Management like what Super Mario did.
Then discuss the situation and highlight that our relationship doesn't affect professional duties. But if the company policy doesn't change, it is better to explore other job opportunities where our relationship wouldn't be an issue.

Scene Chosen: Scene 1 (Minero’s Road Rage)
Minero, self-proclaimed road emperor, speeds his Cadillac like it’s a chariot of gods. At a sharp turn, he slams into a beat-up sedan, scraping its side. Both drivers blew it, Minero’s reckless speed, the sedan’s last-second swerve.
Quasi-Delict kicks in: shared negligence, but Minero thinks he’s above it all.
Minero struts out, gold chain swinging, barking, “Talk back and you’re dead!” His Cadillac’s dented grille only fuels his fury. The sedan driver, a nervous mechanic, stammers an apology, but Minero sneers, “Bow to your king!”
Crowds gather, phones up, as Minero lords over the scene. “This road bends to me!” he boasts, ignoring his own fault. The mechanic, fed up, snaps, “Your speed caused this, big shot!” Minero laughs, but the crowd’s whispers sting his pride.
Minero’s arrogance is every power-drunk leader, trampling the little guy. The mechanic’s defiance? That’s the people pushing back. Their wreck proves shared blame—rage and ego don’t fix dents, but Minero’s too blind to see it. He’s the dictator of a one-car kingdom.
Sirens blare, and cops roll up. Minero’s bravado crumbles as they grill him. “Speeding, huh?” they say, handing him a ticket. The mechanic gets a warning too, but Minero’s forced to admit his fault. Humbled, he slinks back to his Cadillac, ego in tatters.
Lesson: Cops don’t bow to kings; arrogance crashes, humility drives on.

Facts/Rules applicable: Quasi-Delict or half way accident causes by any forms or similar to negligence. Whereby both parties are responsible due to contributory negligence.
Scene 1: Road Rage accident - Minero driver owner of Cadillac - says to you "Talk back and you're dead "
Ah... the classic road rage scenario. Someone in a high horse makes a mistake on the road that involves another individual, who could be on a high horse as well, and started to argue with the other party. Now... this scenario is so common that you can easily find footage or clips of this kind of thing on the internet. Different interventions, different outcomes, different people involved, but almost same scenario. One started to threaten the other party.
There's always a top choice when it comes to confronting people who thinks they are the ones in power. And that is... be humble. Yah, just be humble. Nod your head, apologize, and let the situation cool down a bit. Smile if possible. If the arrogant one becomes angrier, then remove the smile. Just follow what that guy wants. But... make sure to record everything as much as possible. In this situation where both of you are partly responsible for the mess, getting confrontational and facing anger with anger will just result into more mess, which could easily lose out of control.
But I believe it is a bit different if you are 100% sure that the only one at fault is the other one and not you. If the one at fault is still the one that still acts arrogant, then matching his anger with your anger is not that bad of a choice. You stood your ground, that is all. But then, the pacifist way to handle things like road-rage is much more desired. Less hassle I think... but you won't be able to release that anger from within you, which is a bit of a bummer lol.
Controlling your emotions, especially anger, can be hard at times. But If the other party threatens you with that "talk back and you're dead" thing, and it seems like that person is really capable of doing what he/she just said, then, just don't talk back. Be the better person and control your emotions.
So yah, that's all I can think of and I can say regarding this matter. Being humble can save your life... I think.

Scene: A Minero who owns a Cadillac was navigating the winding road with a speedy pace when suddenly a jeepney with crates of eggs cargo in a side street emerged and the Cadillac clipped the jeepneys rear sending the crates of eggs tumbling to the ground.
The Minero driver pulled over and stepped out and said .." Who the hell do you think you are cutting me off like that ??? " and so the jeepney driver shouted back .." What the hell is your f***ing problem?". This is my usual route everyday going to the market to deliver my goods. You are the one speeding up!
Jeepney driver though frustrated says to the Minero driver.. You should pay all the cracked eggs or i will scramble you in it ! but the Cadillac owner said furiously.. Talk back or your dead!
A Quasi delict is present to the scene as the Minero driver was liable for speeding resulting to damage of properties hitting the jeepney resulting to delays of delivery and damage to goods due to negligence. Defamation was also present by his threatening statement " Talk back or your dead!" While the jeepney driver display also negligence by not making sure or giving signal prior to emerging from the side street simply because he was used to it or it was his usual route. He was too complacent and forgot the traffic rules by maybe giving the proper signals for the upcoming vehicle to see him ahead of the side street.
