A man once felt like his life was heavier than everyone else’s. Every problem, every stress, every unknown sat on him all at once. He asked how to be happy, how to get relief from what he was carrying.
He was given a simple exercise. Take salt and put it into a glass of water, then drink it. It was unbearable. All he could taste was the salt. Then he was told to take the same amount of salt and put it into a lake. When he drank from the lake, the water tasted clean. The salt was still there, but it no longer controlled the experience.
This is how most people live. They are not carrying more pain than others. They are just living inside a smaller container. When your focus is narrow, one problem becomes everything. It drives your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions. You react instead of respond. You drain your own energy.
The shift is not removing the salt. It is expanding your awareness.
Look at your life fully. The problem is there, but so is everything else. The small wins, the relationships, the moments of peace, the progress you are making. When you allow all of that in, you create space. That space changes your energy from restrictive to supportive.
You do not need to control what happens. You need to influence how you experience it.
Stop living as the glass. Expand into the lake and watch how your life begins to change.

Most people don’t realize this, but much of the suffering they experience isn’t because of life’s challenges—it’s because they create and cling to their own problems. This sounds harsh, but it’s true. We invent problems, nurture them, and keep them alive, not because we want pain, but because solving them would require facing truths we’re not ready to face.
The mind loves familiarity—even if it’s destructive. Holding on to problems gives us something to blame, something to talk about, even a strange sense of identity. If the problem goes away, then what? We’d have to face ourselves. We’d have to take responsibility. And responsibility is where growth happens—but it’s also where fear lives.
Here’s the shift: Your mind will resist this truth, but awareness is the first step to freedom. The next time you catch yourself replaying an old story, nursing a grudge, or complaining about the same issue for the hundredth time, stop and ask: Am I holding on to this because I’m afraid to let it go? Am I avoiding the solution because the problem feels safer?
When you ask these questions, you take your power back. You stop living reactively, trapped in cycles of frustration, and start influencing your life consciously. Problems lose their grip when you stop feeding them. Solutions begin to surface naturally when you release the need to stay stuck.
The truth is, you are not your problems. You’ve simply been using them as a shield to protect yourself from growth. Today, you can decide differently. You can drop the shield. You can let go of the drama you’ve been carrying and face the truth that will set you free.

Daming galit sa cheating pero di sila nagagalit pag nakikipag-s3x sa jowa nila, sa mga kung sino lang or sa sarili.
Fornication is S3xual immorality which leads people to hell. 🙏
