1. How can you personally help reduce food waste? I can plan my meals ahead, store leftovers properly, and only cook what’s needed. I’ll also donate extra food instead of throwing it away.
2. What is one change you can make toward healthier eating? I’ll add more fruits and vegetables to my daily meals and reduce junk food or sugary drinks. Balance and moderation will be my key goals.
3. How can we make food more accessible and fair for everyone? By supporting local farmers, reducing waste, and encouraging community food drives. Education on food sustainability can also help everyone make smarter choices.

1. How can you personally help reduce food waste? 🥦 Personally, I make meals ahead, making sure to cook what is necessary and budgeted per head. If in case, there are really excess food, especially in some special occassions, we store it for next day meal and share it with pets.
2. What is one change you can make toward healthier eating? 🥨 Avoiding junk foods, processed foods and choosing a more healthier foods like fruits and vegetables. Wheat breads as compared to regular bread. Drinking water and naturally squeezed juice than sodas .
3. How can we make food more accessible and fair for everyone? 🍓 Avoiding as much as we can to spoil our foods and once there are leftovers, try to give it to the ones in need. But make sure it is still more edible and presentable. They are also human.
