1. What are 3 “payments” you make yourself daily?

Patience
I give myself patience every day by understanding that I don't have to be perfect. It helps me keep going even when things don't go as planned.

Kindness
I try to speak to myself with kindness instead of harsh criticism. This payment reminds me that I deserve the same compassion I give to others.

Effort
No matter how difficult the day is, I continue trying. Every small step I take toward my goals is an investment in myself and my future.

2. What “payment” do you feel you’re missing from yourself?

Rest and Peace
I often focus so much on responsibilities that I forget to give myself enough rest. When I don't rest properly, I feel tired, stressed, and less motivated. Giving myself more time to recharge would improve my well-being.

3. If you had a “refund” day, what would you take back?

Self-Judgment
I would take back the time and energy spent doubting myself. Instead of criticizing every mistake, I would use that refunded space to learn, grow, and appreciate my progress. This would help me feel more confident and positive about myself.

Let's move to questions of the activity,

1. Three “payments” I make to myself daily are,
Appreciation – I try to give myself appreciation on what I achieve. It counts as a payment because growth takes time, and being appreciated keeps me away from giving up on myself too quickly.
Luxury intake – Even on difficult days, I remind myself that I am the best version of myself. This is a payment because I feel energized and fresh by getting the luxury intake.
Rest & music – Even if I’m busy or stressed, I try to rest, even for a short time. Same time listening the music, It counts as a payment because rest helps me recharge and continue moving forward and music heal the soul.

2. A “payment” I feel I’m missing from myself :
Kindness to myself – I sometimes focus too much on what I haven’t achieved instead of recognizing what I already have done. I do extra effort without doing any kindness to myself. This feels missing because I should do some kindness to myself.

3. If I had a “refund” day, what would I take back?
Stress and overthinking – I would take back the energy spent worrying about things outside my control. I’d use that refunded space for peace, hobbies, learning something meaningful, or spending quality time with people I care about.

Patience
I remind myself that growth takes time. Even when I make mistakes or don't achieve everything I planned, I try to be patient with my progress. This is a payment to myself because it protects me from unnecessary pressure.

Kindness
I try to speak to myself with kindness instead of harsh criticism. When something goes wrong, I focus on learning rather than blaming myself. This payment helps me maintain confidence and emotional balance.

Effort
Every day I put effort into my studies, responsibilities, and personal goals. Even small steps count. I consider this a payment to myself because each effort moves me closer to the future I want.

2. What “payment” do you feel you’re missing from yourself?

Rest and self-care

I often focus so much on responsibilities and goals that I forget to give myself enough time to relax and recharge. When I don't rest properly, I feel more tired, less motivated, and sometimes overwhelmed. Giving myself more rest would help me stay healthier and more productive.

3. If you had a “refund” day, what would you take back?

Self-judgment

If I had a refund day, I would take back the time and energy spent doubting myself or being overly critical. Instead of using that space for negative thoughts, I would use it to appreciate my progress, enjoy my hobbies, and focus on things that bring me peace and happiness. That refunded space would help me grow with more confidence and positivity .
