1. Name the Shame: Pinpoint the exact one ( e.g., "my acne scars that won't fade" or "procrastinating on my dream career" ). What sparked it originally?
2. Own the Trigger: Talk about times in real life when it flares up and why it hurts
3. Feel the Impact: How does it mess with you daily?
4. Shred It: One step you're taking for resilience—like self-compassion or reaching out.
MANDATORY: It's not part of this activity to mention anyone or use your default mention for fellow Tanglers—whoever you mention won't be able to read your comment within 72 hours anyway, so STOP that. Anyone who does will incur a 100k DEDUCTION. TRY ME.
Also, anyone who has a deleted comment (even if you comment again) will not be rewarded.

2. DEDUCTIONS
• 20k - Failure to include any or all of the ff: correct tag #SharedStains and mentions:
• 30k-100k - Failure to follow the task format and explain in complete thought
• 30k – Failure to include the required additional tag
• 50k - Failure to follow the required correct attachment
3. ALL deductions from rule-breakers will be split evenly among participants who followed every rule.
In cases where the deductions are significantly larger and the participants who followed the rules do not exceed half of the capped entries, a portion of the deduction will be allocated to standout entries. Meanwhile, those who complied with the rules will also receive their share.
