#earn activity Most people, if not all, hold on to grudges from time to time. Research shows they form when hurt feelings + anger combine, signaling "I matter" by creating protective vigilance against betrayers—but they spike stress, anxiety, and even health risks like high blood pressure daily. Your turn: Share 2 grudges from memory. For each, give a quick story/reason + why you can't let go. Vent light, lighten up. 📝 ( Pro tip: Try the REACH model after—Recall the hurt objectively, Empathize without excusing, offer forgiveness as an Altruistic gift, Commit in writing, Hold on through practice.) ATTACHMENT: Snap a clear selfie holding a crumpled paper in your right hand. Rules & Reminders: - Pink/Grey BADGES ( 5+ marketplace badges) only - Be subscribed to

A heartfelt thank you to each of you for sharing your stories in this #GrudgeList Confessions! Your contributions have been incredibly valuable and I hope that expressing your thoughts has brought you some relief. It’s clear that while grudges can serve as a protective mechanism, they often weigh heavily on our hearts and minds.
Rewards Update: I’ve distributed rewards to eligible entries. However, out of the 7 participants, none perfectly adhered to the rules, resulting in deductions for various mistakes. That said, I’d like to recognize
for being the only participant to correctly follow the attachment guidelines. Had she not forgotten to include the 3 required emojis, her submission would have been perfect! She will receive a reward of 500k MLX.
Additionally, I will allocate the 660k MLX from overall deductions (due to issues like incorrect attachments, mentions, and missing emojis) and a disqualified entry (due to commenting a link) along with the 400k MLX (remaining) from the unfilled spot . This total will be split equally among the following participants for their valuable contributions, and each will receive 176,667 MLX:
1️⃣ First grudge: I trusted a friend deeply and shared something very personal that I hadn’t told anyone. I had to share it to help them, but they went and told others what I said. This broke our relationship. I tried to help my friend, but they didn’t handle it properly, and I can’t forget that betrayal. 2️⃣ Second grudge: I once asked another friend to deliver something important to a relative. They didn’t give it on time, and I felt embarrassed in front of my relative. A little frustration grew from that moment, and I can never forget how it made me feel. These two grudges still remain in my heart because I deeply felt their impact and I have not been able to forgive yet.
Grudge 1: I still remember the day when a close friend of mine made fun of me in front of everyone. At that time, I didn't say anything, but I was very hurt inside. The problem was not that he joked, but that he couldn't understand my feelings. I can't forget him because I trusted him, and that trust was broken a little.
Grudge 2: Once someone promised me that he would always be there for me, but in difficult times he completely disappeared. At that time, I felt very lonely. I never complained to him, but that thing remained in my heart. I can't leave him because when I needed him the most, the person I trusted the most was not there.
😠👊💥 Grudge 1: When I was 16, I experienced love at first sight. The person I liked was older than me, and he always saw me as just a child. I never had the courage to express my feelings to him. This became a grudge in my heart because I always wondered “what if” — what if I had spoken up? I still can’t let it go because it feels like an incomplete story that never had a chance to begin. Grudge 2: During my college life, I liked someone who didn’t value my feelings. He played with my emotions and never took me seriously. That experience hurt me deeply because I was sincere, but he treated it like a game. I can’t let go of this grudge because it affected my trust and made me more guarded in relationships. Even now, the memory reminds me of how painful it was to be taken for granted.
Grudge 1: Broken Trust Story: A close friend I deeply trusted walked away during my most difficult time, leaving me to face challenges alone without any explanation. Why I can't let go: Because that betrayal changed the way I look at loyalty and made it harder for me to fully trust people again. Grudge 2: The Unspoken Truth Story: There was a situation where I stayed silent instead of standing up for my hard work, and someone else took all the credit for my efforts. Why I can't let go: I still regret not speaking up for myself, and that silence feels like a weight I’m still carrying. 😠👊💥
Grudge #1 : The “I Had Your Back, You Didn’t” One There was a time I stood up for someone in front of others—defended them when people were talking behind their back. Later, when the tables turned and I was getting judged, they stayed completely silent. Not even a small “hey, that’s not fair.” Why it sticks: It’s not just what they did—it’s what it showed. Loyalty isn’t loud, but it should at least exist. Hard to forget when someone proves they won’t show up the way you did.
Grudge #2 : The Last-Minute Cancel (No Respect Edition) Planned something for days—got ready, cleared time, genuinely excited. Then boom, last-minute cancel with a dry excuse… and later I find out they were out having fun somewhere else. Why it sticks: It’s not about the plan—it’s the disrespect. If you didn’t want to come, just say that. Don’t waste my time and lie about it.
Grudge 1: I still hold a grudge against someone who broke my trust when I needed them the most. I shared something personal, and they turned it into gossip. Why I can’t let go: Because it changed how I trust people. I became more closed off, and that version of me still exists. Grudge 2: Another grudge is from a friend who disappeared without any explanation. No fight, no goodbye—just silence. Why I can’t let go: Because I never got closure. I keep wondering what I did wrong, and that question still lingers. I know holding grudges hurts me more than anyone else… maybe it’s time to slowly let go
