My pick: Speed (1994)
I was expecting that somebody already chose this movie since when it comes to movies set in a transport vehicle, what comes to my mind first is either Speed or Snakes on a Plane.
This is a classic movie with Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves as the main protagonists. I'll always remember this watching as a kid because this is one of the few movies I've watched that time that really made me sweat buckets because of suspense and action. I'd say give this a watch if you haven't seen it yet. Great old movie.
