Authentic British Scones

Scones should be tall, light, golden outside, and white inside.

Ingredients:

260g flour
50g sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Little vanillin
120ml cold milk
70g butter
1 egg
50g raisins

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes until golden.
