FREE SISIG
I have 15 and I need it for taxi going home. But, I'm having a night vision already due to food deprivation, that was bad man I tell you. Luckily, I found a young couple and a third wheel I guess, that was perfect for the Free Sisig Promo. I approached them before letting them see the promo info on the board. Offered them a table, a good spot for a dinner date and a distance from the cashier of course.
A little bit of sales talk and a Thanos snap (oh man it works). That was it, I have the list of their food and the amount of 45 for the three orders. Of course, that was free Sisig as per the restaurant's promo. No, I'm not working at the restaurant, just making some good deeds to feed my heavenly body.
Thank you guys, I have Sisig for Free. I hope they did not read the info board. 🤤

Diet Chebureks
Ingredients:
500g minced chicken
1 onion
2 egg yolks
4 sheets of lavash
40g hard cheese
Salt and spices to taste
Sesame seeds to garnish as desired
Method:
1. Cut lavash into circles, it is more convenient to cut it in the shape of a plate, as in the video.
2. Chop the onion into big pieces and grind in a blender.
3. Mix the minced chicken, onion, salt and spices well.
4. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
5. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Grease lavash with egg yolk on the edges.
7. On half of the round lavash put the chicken mass and sprinkle cheese on top.
8. Cover with the other half of the lavash, gluing the edges together.
9. Brush the resulting cheburek with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
10. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 min.

Scones should be tall, light, golden outside, and white inside.

50g sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Little vanillin
120ml cold milk
70g butter
1 egg
50g raisins
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes until golden.
