1. What does BOUNDARY mean to me? A boundary, for me, is a personal limit that protects my emotions, self-respect, and peace of mind. It defines how I allow others to treat me and helps me decide what behavior is acceptable and what is not. 2. Three red flags that are “once is enough” for me 1. Lying: If someone lies to me even once, it becomes a serious red flag because trust is the foundation of any relationship, and once broken, it is very hard to rebuild. 2. Disrespect: If someone disrespects me or makes me feel small, even once is enough. Respect is something I never compromise on. 3. Ignoring feelings repeatedly: If someone ignores my emotions or opinions, it shows they don’t value me. I don’t want to stay in situations where I am not heard or understood. 3. Have I ever let someone hurt me more than once? What happened? Yes, I have experienced a situation where I gave someone multiple chances even after they hurt me repeatedly. I kept hoping they would change, but in the end, I realized I was only hurting myself. I eventually chose to step away to protect my peace and self-respect. 4. What would I say about “once is enough”? I would say that one mistake is enough to learn from. You don’t need to tolerate repeated hurt to understand your worth. Protect your peace early, trust your instincts, and don’t wait for things to get worse before walking away.
