I’m 19+ days smoke-free 🚭✨ Nicotine is out of my system, but the mental + physical fight is real.
So for now: I’m choosing rest, stability, and healing over pressure. 🌿

Feet wanted to be in the South ...all I wanted is " to rest " and " be comforted "
Heart aiming for new beginnings in the East ..but does'nt have the courage to do so..
but I guess my soul needs to be in the North ...to find clarity about the situation, to focus on the goals and make sure to stick with the plan.....

The sound that found me this week was silence. I was sitting by the window early in the morning, before the day fully started. No music, No voice - just soft pause between thoughts.
In that quiet moment, I noticed my breathing slow down. I have realized that rest doesn't always come with noise or answers. It arrives when we finally stop filling the space.
The silence didn't push me or warn me. It gently called me back to myself.
