#earn activity We spend so much time keeping score of what we do for others—what we give, what we fix, what we carry—but we rarely stop to ask: What am I giving back to myself? This activity is your chance to shift the focus inward and turn your self‑worth into a simple “receipt” of what you pay yourself every day. Think of it like an emotional receipt: debits, credits, and little moments of kindness you either claim or overlook. You don’t need to be perfectly healed or fully healed to join. You just need to be willing to notice how you treat yourself, to honor the effort you’re already making, and to reclaim the space where you’ve been short‑changing your own worth. TASK: COPY, ANSWER and EXPLAIN. 1. What are 3 “payments” you make yourself daily? (e.g., patience, kindness, rest attempts) Briefly explain why each one counts as a “payment” to yourself. 2. What “payment” do you feel you’re missing from yourself? (self‑care, praise, rest, etc.) Explain why you feel this one is missing and how it affects you. 3. If you had a “refund” day, what would you take back? ( stress, over‑giving, self‑judgment) Explain what you’d take back and how you’d use that “refunded” space differently. ATTACHMENT: PEN/PAPER - On a piece of paper, draw a simple receipt shape—a rectangle that looks like a small store receipt. - Inside the rectangle , be mindful of spelling, for uniformity write exactly: Self-Worth Receipt ( center , as your title ) Items Section: Energy given……………….....xx10 Kindness used……………....xx09 Patience spent……………....xx08 Love shared………………......xx07 Effort invested………….......xx06 Time dedicated………….....xx05 Vulnerability displayed....xx04 Refund/Added: Self‑care credits………….….xx03 Self‑compassion points...xx02 Rest/Peace taken……………xx01 Authenticity expressed…..xx00 - Outside the rectangle, bottom part: “My worth isn’t something I owe the world, it’s something I’ve already been paying myself, one quiet choice at a time” Attachment Reminder: There's NO NEED to take a selfie together with your self-worth receipt; I’m sure I won’t be able to read what you wrote if you do that. Just make sure you capture everything clearly. No matter how good you think your attachment is, if it’s not clear, you won’t be rewarded. I won’t use a magnifying glass or other tools just for you. If others can do it correctly, why can’t you?

In a world where we often prioritize the needs of others, taking the time to acknowledge our own contributions to our well-being is essential. Each of your insights about daily "payments" to yourself highlights the importance of kindness, patience, and self-care in nurturing our self-worth. Recognizing what we may be missing allows us to take intentional steps toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
As we conclude this activity, I encourage you to keep your emotional receipts close and continue to honor the payments you make to yourself each day. Remember, it's not just about what you give to others, but also about what you give back to yourself.
Rewards have been sent to eligible entries. Out of the 10 capped entries, I received only 6 submissions. Unfortunately, none of the participants followed the rules perfectly; everyone incurred deductions for minor or major mistakes.
For those who want to understand where you went wrong and why you have deductions, please take some time to review your entries against my guidelines. I won’t be commenting on each mistake individually now, as the issues tend to repeat themselves. Deductions stemmed from the following: 1. Tasks not copied correctly or rephrased 2. Attachment – I provided all necessary details, and your task was to copy them as instructed. Any variations from the attachment guidelines resulted in deductions.
The total deductions of 200k mlx + 900k mlx from 3 unfilled spots will be distributed as follows: 1. 300k mlx each (600k mlx) -
