Kahit makisabay ka sa #rosary sa simbahan, make sure to #pray vocally then medidate/think about the #mysteries and what happened during each mystery. Makikita nyo mapapa-wow kayo at some point. Haha.
Hindi yan nire-recite lang n parang bored ka sa buhay tas iniisip ung ibang bagay na gagawin. Di rin dapat nagmamadali n parang natatae o may hinahabol kung magdasal tas iniisip ung chismis ng kapitbahay or ung horror scenes na napanood sa sine. Luh, maling-mali. 😆
Well kung kaya nyo rapid fire bigkas tas meditation/thinking on the mysteries kada Hail Mary sige go pero mawawala p rin reverence eh.
Much better kung tamang bigkas ng dasal habang iniisip, "Ano ba nangyari sa mystery na ito"? Imagine the scenes of the mystery, kunyari andun ka mismo or nanonood ka on how it happens. Yun lang dapat iniisip natin pag nagdarasal ng rosary!!! 🙌 Now you know, so now you can do it that way too. 🙏

I started watching a new series on Prime that's almost an hour per episode. Of course I could spend more time doing it because only my eyes and mind would be doing anything. Quite enjoyable too.
And then came the time to do my daily prayers and suddenly I realized, heck in more than an hour I could help unfortunate ones just by praying 4 sets of the #rosary ! I mean, come on! That's not too bad at all! Instead of just 1 episode to watch, I can help actual people by praying instead! Not even a waste of time but of course it takes a bit of effort since this has to be prayed out loud. The rosary is a mental and vocal prayer after all. The mind meditates on the life of Jesus Christ in the #mysteries while the mouth says all the prayers and the ears hear everything.
So let's not forget to spend time in daily #prayer too, not just for our personal needs and wants but more importantly for other people: the relief of souls in purgatory, the conversion of sinners, the healing of the sick, the reparation of blasphemies and offences against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, etc. 🙏 Believe me, the world would be a much better place if we all prayed the rosary daily as much as we can. Just ask Jesus, Mama Mary and the saints!
