Today, we’re talking about something that probably hurts: being called “ stupid in love .”
You know what people mean when they say it. They’re saying you love too much. You give too much effort. You forgive too easily. You stay when you should leave. You hope when you should stop.
But here’s the truth: being called “stupid in love” doesn’t mean you’re actually stupid. It means you’re loving deeply. It means you’re trying hard. It means you’re human.
Psychologists call this “ attachment overinvestment ” — when you care more than the other person. It’s not stupidity. It’s emotional intelligence. It’s strong attachment. It’s hope. You feel deeply. You bond tightly. You believe love can fix things.
People who are “stupid in love” often have high emotional intelligence, strong attachment style, and high hope. You’re not stupid. You’re feeling deeply. You’re loving hard. You’re trying. And that’s okay.
This activity is for everyone — whether you’ve been called “stupid in love” or not. Whether you love too hard or not. Whether you’ve felt ashamed or not. Everyone can share their thoughts.
TASK: Copy and answer
1️. What does “stupid in love” mean to you? What do you think people are trying to say when they use that phrase?
2. Have you ever experienced “attachment overinvestment” (loving someone more than they love you)? Describe what it felt like.
3. Do you think being “stupid in love” is weakness OR strength? Why do you think that?
4. What’s YOUR advice to someone who loves too much than expected? What would you tell them to help?

2. DEDUCTIONS
· 30k - Failure to include any or all of the ff: correct tag #OverinvestingInLove and mentions:
· 30k- Failure to copy the exact tasks
· 30k-100k – Failure to answer in complete thought
· 150k - Failure to follow the required correct attachment ( minor mistakes = deductions only )
3. ALL deductions from rule-breakers will be split evenly among participants who followed every rule.
In cases where the deductions are significantly larger and the participants who followed the rules do not exceed half of the capped entries, a portion of the deduction will be allocated to standout entries or well-prepared attachment. Meanwhile, those who complied with the rules will also receive their share.

Thank you all for participating in the #OverinvestingInLove activity today. Your willingness to share your thoughts and experiences means a lot, and it’s clear that love, in all its complexities, is something we all navigate in our own ways.
Remember, whether you’ve ever felt ashamed for loving too much or have been called “stupid in love,” what truly matters is how you choose to embrace your feelings. Love can be challenging, but it’s also one of the most beautiful parts of life.
