From The Get-go ~ Love the High octane guitar and reverb running all the way through the song ~ Love the " Heavy metal guitar" ~ Love the vocal ~ it suits the song so well you would think it belongs and it was the original song vocal.

I confess that I am not a big fan of Hip Hop, however, S.J.3 – Party has left me with a good feeling when listening to this track: Soft piano, good touch at the beginning, nice voice, but I have my doubts about the production, it is obviously a studio recording, a homemade style, you can clearly notice the different layers of audio that there are, I particularly dislike this, although it flows quite well and is well written; The musical arrangements go very well with the theme of the song, musical harmony a little forced by the diversity of layers mounted and the lyrics are attached in a good way, although the constant repetition of “f**ing party” seems a little boring to me . So for me, it's a NO! NO! for this track.
743Jake - Cruel Summer: Taylor Swift Cover, I agree with you Hooly that it is well produced unlike the first track, metalcore song, another studio recording, very clean in general, you can say that this track sounds pretty good, I love it the guitar entrance according to the one at the end. The bad thing with covers is that to respect the musical essence of the original version, some performances do not turn out to be as musically accurate in terms of the true sound of the person performing the cover, but I must say that the arrangements, assembly and montages made for this metalcore track, are harmonious and well performed. This is my favorite!
Saved - When The Sun Sets: Another studio recording, produced by J.D.R I believe, not quite sure, which adds value to this track. Nice girl, sexy, with a very soft and sweet voice, the lyrics are obviously produced by herself, a little weak for my taste, good musical harmony, it sounds pretty good but in my opinion it needs a lot of polishing work. It has a future though, it's a good track, not much more to say. This would be my second favorite.

Track 1 (S.J.3 - Party): Too whiney, too much autotune, and trap is just kinda overplayed imho. It's an ok track don't get me wrong but nothing new or very interesting. Maybe i just dont like trap.
Track 2 (734jake - Cruel Summer): Well produced but just tooooo clean to be punk anything, more like diet-metalcore. Taking "le cute pop song from female singer" and having a male sing the lyrics over some rock tunes is not a very new concept and it COULD work but only if theres a bit more contrast. This is just too clean for me.
Track 3 (Saved - When The Sun Sets): Catchy Tune, calm kinda shy voice fits well. It's not a huge rockout tune but all the elements fit in, lyrics match the buildups. Track delivers the sunset emotions, yeah it's good!

It's great when you find a catchy song. Just take a bit of time. I'm gonna leave this vote up till Monday, then film daily T.O.T videos to stick to what we had planned.

They are good for different reasons.
I'm going with cruel summer.
The guitar rifts sound awesome and I thought it was about to head into some heavy metal but then was pleasantly surprised with something that reminded me more blink182. Very radio friendly.

I think the Genre is called "Metalcore" but i'm not sure. But yeah i thought it was pretty good. I can't imagine Swifts version being anything like this. May look it up later today.
Track 2] 734jake - Cruel Summer is it for me. I mean they are all cool but this one is treasure to me.

n3 Saved - When The Sun Sets is the choice for me.. she has a nice voice, the tune is nicely written, the melody has a clean sound and is catchy, there is a bit of electric guitar in there to give it some weight. overall the best out of the 3.
n2 is not bad, but the electric guitar is too distorted and almost seem to play the same note through the song a part from a solo at the end, also it's a cover so it looses another point for me. second place for me.
n1 is my least favourite, the lyrics are ok, he has a nice voice but AutoTune makes it sound like a strangled chicken and like 1000 other songs... the music is a bit basic, casio keyboard on a preset. last place

The singer's voice isn't really powerful enough for this classic metal sound. Needs to be a bit rougher. He sounds like he should be doing just pop. But the music is deffo cool!
Track 3 (Saved - When The Sun Sets) for me is a just another pop song like 13 in a dozen. Maybe I'm too picky 😸 Yes, I'm picky when it comes to music. Voice = mediocre. Music = mediocre. Vibe = meh.

I ignore cover songs so that's the middle song out, the third song is formula pop without adding anything interesting. S.J.3. starts with an intro that could be a touch indulgent but it reminded me of Kanye Run Away so I got interested. It has great piano notes, good empty space, good structure and good vocal tone.

I really liked some of the way it was sung, i think it would have sounded good without being tuned. But i understand what her was doing with it. I do like the cover, its totally reimagined and thats sometimes hard to do.
