Well...I'm spending the last night I'll have this car in the back of it. Got some cushions laid out. It's gonna be sad to see it go, we did a LOT of ks together. From Brissy to Townsville and back to Melbourne. Then multiple Melbourne to Perth and back trips. The biggest was Geraldton to Sydney recently for my graduation ceremony.
The engine blew up the other day...which is seriously unlucky but it blew up near a friends place we could get towed and sort things out. Also scored an affordable new car near by and the technician I asked about changing the pin connector for our trailer did it for free. Also, where it conked out the owner of the house (a very very beautiful place btw) says we could park in their driveway until we got help. They also brought us water and chips which was super nice.
So the way I see it, it's the luckiest unlucky thing to happen to me in a long time. If it had happened just a couple days earlier we would have been stuck in the outback.
I spent all day getting our stuff out and over to the new car, absolutely sick as a dog because I came down with something yesterday. But I got it all done and I'm happy with myself.
Anyway... tomorrow it goes to the wreckers and I continue my journey in the new car 😍
