🌍 A World Worth Building — One Rule, A Better World

My rule is simple: Respect hard work and reward hardworking people fairly.

This rule is deeply personal to me because my husband recently lost his job, even though he is a very hardworking person. It made me wonder, does hard work have no value in this world?

If every company respected hard work, rewarded dedication, and provided fair opportunities, people would feel valued, unemployment could decrease, and everyone would have a fair chance to succeed.

Hard work deserves respect, not neglect. ❤️
